My Charges

I charge the following rates during the main season. Multiple bookings or out of season bookings can be subject to negotiation

• Half Day in English Language £79
• Half Day in English Language £107
• Half Day in German Language £92
• Half Day in German Language £140

For Driver/ Guiding please add £25 - £30 per day

Additional Expenses.

On a Half Day lasting more than 4 hours or ending after 1300 hrs an additional fee is levied for each additional hour. A Full Day is deemed to last 8 hours, thereafter a supplementary charge will be made. A lunch or meal allowance of £8 is charged on Full day tours. Dinner,Bed and Breakfast will have to be paid on tours which included overnights. Where appropriate, travel expenses and time will also be charged subject to negotiation.

Cancellations.

Regrettably I have to charge cancellation fees which are:

• Half and Full Days:
  • If less than 7 days notice is given - 50% of fees.
  • If less than 48 hours notice of cancellation - Full fee.
• Extended Tours - 28 days notice or what ever else is agreed at the time of contract
