Situation

The Cairngorm area offers activity or relaxed peace and quiet. Tour the Highlands, or follow the whisky and castle trails. Good fishing, golf, and riding are all available nearby, with an immense choice of bird watching, hill walking, and mountain bike trails available. Cairngorm and the Lecht Ski Areas are both easily accessible. The Osprey nests a couple of miles away and regularly visits the Inverdruie fish farm for breakfast!

The House

Built in 1988 "Ben Macdui", is a modern easy to run house with plenty of space conveniently situated in the centre of Boat of Garten. There is ample car parking. The garden is simple with space for children to play and adults to relax. It is a few minutes walk from the Golf Club, Post Office, M & B Stores and The Boat Hotel.

Red Squirrel

We are fortunate enough to frequently see red squirrels, often running along the fence in the back garden.
