No 1 is the ground floor accommodation on the right hand side facing the Village Hall.

The property consists of:

The Kitchen is fitted with electric hob, oven, machine, dishwasher and fridge. There is a kitchen table with 6 stools and crockery glassware and cutlery for up to 6 people .

The Sitting Room has a 2 seater settee, 2 armchairs as well as occasional chairs to be found in the bedrooms. The drop-leaf dining table seats 8. Colour TV with DVD player.

Bedroom 1 is just off the Sitting room and features a double bed with wardrobe and dressing table.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds.

The Bathroom has been recently refurbished with a new shower/ bath, wc and wash hand basin

The Porch. 2 extra Put-u-up beds are stored here and you will also find the tumble drier, ironing board and a small freezer.

Bedding/Towels. All Beds have duvets, pillows and electric blankets. Bedlinen is available from Mrs Morrison with a charge being made for laundering of £5 per double bed and £2.50 per single bed. Payable to Mrs Morrison. No Towels are provided.

Electricity. The £1.00 coin meter is in the high box in the hall and electric shower and extraction fan switches are at the bathroom door. The hot water immersion switch is situated to the left of the cooker in the kitchen.

Keys. Available locally.

Tariffs. From £200.00 per week to £325.00 for High Seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter, Whitsun, July and August). Shorter lets are possible by arrangement.

Availability. Flat availabe for rent from March to November.
